About four years ago I was going through another wedding journey with my oldest daughter.She’s a little more intense than the younger one – a real stickler for details and perfection.In researching wedding cakes, she stumbled across a true wedding cake artist(who we will refer to for the sake of this article as Shirley) who had many of her creations featured in the bride-to-be bible, better known as – Martha Stewart Weddings. Of all things – Shirley resided in a small town in Ohio about an hour away from our home.A designer cake is obviously not that easy to come by in Toledo, Ohio.
